St Vincent’s Brisbane faced with the challenge of an aging system with limited functionality was able to upgrade completely with Nessecom using an OP-EX model. The ability to  do this made the task of a site wide upgrade to the nurse call system affordable, while providing staff with state of the art technology. This included new falls risk features, auto reporting and IP networking to third party messaging.
