Regional South Australian hospital South Coast Hospital recently upgraded their Nurse call system to the latest Nessecom IP system. This gave them not only a robust, feature rich nurse call system but user friendly call logging applications including auto call logging that emails their report directly to their inbox each month.

Hospital BEMS Manager Mark James commented:

“Nessecom installed a new nurse call system here at the South Coast Hospital in Victor Harbor in 2020. Amidst the Corona Virus pandemic the boys had a ‘lets get this done’ attitude and were really easy to work with. I was happy in the way they wouldn’t cut corners despite deadlines and multiple complications. The new system is fantastic, it is online with remote access; and the company always has a helpful voice at the end of the phone. We have already had to make small changes and are just as happy with the after sales service we get from them.”
