Greenslopes Private Hospital, a premier Ramsay Health Care site in Queensland, has consolidated all their nurse call logging and reporting throughout the hospital with Nessecom IP.

The Nessecom IP system was the system of choice for Greenslopes Private Hospital to consolidate more than 25 wards for call logging and reporting. Nessecom was able to seamlessly bring together the disparate nurse call systems across the hospital and provide a common call logging/reporting platform.

With installation now complete, Nessecom produces monthly activity reports for each ward and automatically delivers them via email to key hospital staff. Nessecom activity reports provide staff with details like alarm frequency, types, and durations; average response times; and delivery time of critical messages. Customised reports are also able to be generated via the web portal.
